Amy Fitzpatrick CPNP
| Amy Fitzpatrick, RN, CPNP - Ms. Fitzpatrick received her BS in nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing and her MS as a pediatric nurse practitioner from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in 2005. She joined Lake Forest Pediatrics in 2006 after serving as a family care coordinator and clinical manager in the Hematology-Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant department of Children’s Memorial Hospital. Ms. Fitzpatrick is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Fitzpatrick is married with 3 children. |
