Michael W. Terkildsen M.D.
| Dr. Terkildsen is a native of California and graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1992. He received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1997 and completed his pediatric residency at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago. A member of the Lake Forest Hospital medical staff, Dr. Terkildsen is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to joining Lake Forest Pediatric Associates in 2004, he completed service as a pediatrician in the US Navy at Naval Hospital Great Lakes. During that time, he was a clinical instructor of pediatrics at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/Chicago Medical School. Dr. Terkildsen lives in Lake Bluff with his wife and two children. |
